همانطور که میدانید، در این کنفرانس تعداد زیادی کودک و نوجوان و چند جوان زیر ۱۸ سال حضور دارند. برای آنها برنامههای مشخصی تدارک دیده شده و گروهی از مربیان و داوطلبان نیز آمادهاند تا این برنامهها را اجرا کنند. لطفاً کودکان را بهموقع برای شروع کلاسها به اتاقهای مربوطه برسانید و حدود ۱۰ دقیقه پیش از پایان جلسهٔ اصلی برای بردنشان مراجعه کنید. اگر فرزندتان قرار نیست در کلاسها شرکت کند، حتماً به مربیان اطلاع دهید تا منتظر او نباشند.
هدف این است که همه احساس خوبی از کنفرانس داشته باشند و یادمان باشد که ایجاد محیطی امن برای کودکان و نوجوانان مسئولیتی مشترک است. بودن کودکان بدون همراه بزرگسال در فضای هتل امن نیست، چرا که همه فضاهای هتل به روی عموم مردم باز است، بنابراین اگر کودکان در برنامههای آموزشی شرکت نمیکنند، لازم است پیشِ والدین باشند و والدین مسئولیت آنها را در زمان خارج از کلاسها بر عهده دارند. همچنین اگر قصد دارید همایش را ترک کنید و فرزندانتان همراه شما هستند، لطفاً به بخش ثبتنام اطلاع دهید تا مربیان در جریان باشند.
کنفرانس یک مسئول امور ایمنی و حفاظت کودکان و نوجوانان دارد. اگر سؤالی دارید یا موضوعی موجب نگرانیتان است، میتوانید مستقیماً با ایشان یا یکی از اعضای کمیتهٔ همایش صحبت کنید تا موضوع پیگیری شود. برای دریافت اطلاعات بیشتر با عزیزان در تیم ثبت نام صحبت بفرمایید.
نکات مهم برای والدین در رابطه با کلاس کودکان
زمان رساندن و تحویل گرفتن کودکان
لطفاً والدین عزیز، ده دقیقه پیش از شروع برنامه بزرگسالان، کودکان خود را به کلاسها برسانید و همچنین ده دقیقه پیش از پایان برنامه، برای تحویل گرفتن فرزندان مراجعه فرمایید.
همراه نیاوردن نونهالان زیر پنج سال داخل کلاس
با احترام درخواست میشود والدین گرامی از آوردن کودکان زیر پنج سال به داخل کلاسها خودداری فرمایند.
تکمیل فرمهای رضایتنامه
لطفاً مطمئن شوید فرمهای رضایت را پیش از شروع برنامه تکمیل و امضا کردهاید.
اگر فرم همراه شما نبود، هنگام نامنویسی یا رساندن کودکان به کلاس، میتوانید همانجا فرم جدید دریافت کنید.
توجه داشته باشید که بدون، امکان پذیرش کودکان وجود ندارد.

As you will have noticed this conference has a considerable number of children and junior youth and a few youths under the age of 18. There are programmes for the children and junior youth and volunteers are ready with a programme that has been planned for them. We request that they are brought to their rooms in time for the start of the session and that parents pick them up 15 minutes before the end of the main sessions (time). If your children are not going to be attending the classes it is important that the teachers are informed as they are expecting all children that have been registered for the sessions.
We want everyone to have a wonderful time and to remember that we all have a collective responsibility for this to be a safe environment for the young ones in our midst. It is not safe for children to be unaccompanied and so if they are not in the organized sessions, it is important that they are with their parents who have responsibility for them outside of the classes. If you are leaving the conference and taking your children, please make sure the registrar is aware so that the teachers can also be informed.
The conference has a designated Safeguarding Lead for children and young people. If you have any questions or concerns, you may speak directly with them or with a member of the conference committee, who can ensure the matter is followed up. For further information, please speak with a member of the registration team.
Important Notes for Parents regarding the children’s classes
1. Drop-off and Pick-up Times
Parents are kindly requested to bring their children to the classrooms 10 minutes before the start of the adults’ programme, and to return 10 minutes before the end of the programme to pick up their children.
2. No Young Children Inside the Classrooms
We respectfully ask parents to refrain from bringing children under the age of five into the classrooms.
3. Completion of Consent Forms
Please ensure that you have completed and signed the Consent Form before the programme begins.
If you do not have the form with you, you may request a new one at registration or when dropping your children off at the classroom.
Please note that we are unable to admit children without a completed Consent Form. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Invitation to Collaborate
If any parents have artistic skills, experience in storytelling, or are able to conduct suitable activities with the children, we warmly welcome your participation.
You may contact Mrs. Vida Nezamabad directly, so that, if possible, the children may benefit from your talents and abilities.
